Our booking conditions at a glance
Planning a Sahara night from Canada should be stress-free. That is why our conditions are short and fair: you pay only a small deposit online, the rest is paid when you arrive in Merzouga, and you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your arrival.
These terms apply to bookings made on this website for our desert camps and activities. For private tours and group events, the conditions are confirmed in writing with your proposal.

How booking works
Choose your camp, tent, dates and activities in the booking form and pay the deposit online. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment is completed, and you receive a confirmation by email. Please check that your name, email address, phone number and dates are correct.
The remaining balance is paid on arrival in Merzouga. Prices shown on the website are per person unless stated otherwise and include the services described on each page.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. In that case we refund your full deposit.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, and for no-shows, the deposit is not refunded. No other amount is charged.

How and when refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal or card) within 14 days of your cancellation. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the amount on your account.
Changing your booking
You can change your dates, tent or activities free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability. If the new booking costs more, the difference is paid on arrival; if it costs less, we adjust the balance. Changes requested less than 24 hours before arrival are treated as a late cancellation if we cannot offer another date.
Cancellation by us
In rare cases – for example a strong sandstorm, flooding or another safety issue – we may need to change or cancel an activity or a night in the camp. We then offer you another date or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
Check-in, check-out and arrival
Check-in starts from 16:00 in the normal season and later, around 18:00, during the hot summer months. Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time so we can plan your camel ride or 4×4 transfer, and contact us if you are delayed.
