Desert logistics
Local support for events in the Sahara
Hong Kong has a strong trail-running and adventure scene, and the Sahara is a natural next challenge. Holding an event in the desert, though, raises many practical questions: where everyone sleeps, how to bring in water and food, how to move people and kit across sand and rock, and who really knows the tracks. Our team grew up in Merzouga and knows the Erg Chebbi area in detail.
Participants from Hong Kong usually fly via a hub to Marrakech, Casablanca or Fes, and we organise the onward transfers. We set up mobile camps at stages or finish lines, provide catering and drivers, and support organisers before and during the event, as well as photographers, film crews and expedition groups.
- Mobile camps with tents, carpets, beds or mattresses
