We are a Berber family from Merzouga, and our tours end where we live – in the dunes of Erg Chebbi. That means your desert night is spent in our own camp, with our own team, not a random camp chosen by an agency.
Every tour is private. Your driver picks you up at your riad in Marrakech or Fes and travels at your pace: stop for photos, add a night, take a detour to a village – it is your trip. Along the way you see the High Atlas, Aït Benhaddou, the Dades and Todra gorges, the Draa Valley and the oasis towns of the south.

Flights for this tour
Fly direct to Marrakech or Fes from most European cities, or Paris Orly to Errachidia with Transavia. Flights take about 1–2 hours from Spain, 3 from France and Belgium, and 3.5–4 from Germany and the Netherlands.
Entry for European travellers
EU citizens need no visa for stays of up to 90 days. Travel on a passport, not a national ID card, ideally with 6 months’ validity.
Paying for your tour
Our prices are in euros, so there’s no exchange to worry about. The 15% deposit is charged by PayPal and the rest is paid in Merzouga. €1 ≈ 10.95 MAD.
Best months to travel
Easter, the May bridge holidays, the autumn break and Christmas are busy weeks. July and August are very hot in the desert.
Time and plugs
Morocco shares Central European time in winter and is one hour behind in summer. European two-pin plugs fit Moroccan sockets, so no adapter is needed.
