Why take your team to the Sahara?
In the desert everyone switches off their screens. Teams walk, ride and solve challenges together, share a long table and chat around the fire under the stars. It builds trust and creates memories that last far longer than a day in a hotel conference room.
For Australian companies, the Sahara makes a memorable reward trip, often combined with a conference or meeting in Europe. Teams usually fly via the Middle East or Europe into Marrakech or Fes, and from there we take care of everything. We design the programme with you and handle transport, accommodation, food, safety and timing.

Challenges and experiences
Desert orientation
Teams navigate between checkpoints in the dunes with a map and compass.
Caravan challenge
Lead camels, carry water and set up a nomad tent – together.
Quad & buggy rally
A guided rally on the big dunes with safety briefing and helmets.
Cooking battle
Teams cook tagine and Berber bread with local women.
Drum circle
A Berber drum session that gets everyone playing in rhythm.

2-day team building in Merzouga
We adapt every programme to your goals, group size and season.
- Day 1: arrival, welcome tea, caravan challenge and camel ride to camp, dinner and drum circle
- Day 2: sunrise, breakfast, desert orientation or quad rally, lunch, workshop, farewell dinner
- Optional: 4×4 trip to nomads and Khamlia, sandboarding contest, stargazing session
Logistics
We handle the details
We organise private buses and 4×4 vehicles from Marrakech, Fes, Errachidia airport or Ouarzazate, accommodation in the desert and in the cities on the way, meals, guides, activities and insurance-ready safety briefings. For large groups we reserve the whole camp and add extra tents.
Accommodation
Tents for every budget
Mix standard tents with shared bathrooms, luxury tents with private bathrooms and deluxe tents with air-conditioning for managers or VIP guests. Everyone shares the same dinner, music and sky.
